Designing PEMINA Frozen Foods's Containers
Client: Smart Marketing Consulting Group of KALLEH Company (Main-branch of Solico Food Industries) 2013
PEMINA is a prestigious brand of frozen, ready-made, high-quality, and reliable foods that aims to protect food until consumption.
Design Challenge:
1- Containers should have high resistance during transportation from factory to shops to user's home.
2- The user should not need to defrost all the pack's food for each meal; for instance, food should already be divided into four parts, and the user can pick up their wanted portion without any struggle.
Design Solution:
1- According to the type of the provided food, three types of containers were designed: three compartments container, two compartments container, and a single compartment container.
2- Use a high wall for the body and lid:
- to increase their durability when transporting stresses
- to bear the weight of frozen foods.
- to seal the container against air and water
