Mayonnaise Containers in weights of 250, 480, 900 and 1800 grams

This is my first real project in the market of consumer products when I had just learned SolidWorks and was an intern in Forminic design studio; I started learning and working under the supervision of the great industrial designer Mohammad Reza Emadian Mehr. From then on, SolidWorks has turned into the main tool of my work. In addition, I learned how to look at the graphics of each product as a complement to its 3D form. In Forminic we had to complete each project A-Z, so graphic concepts were necessary for the final presentation.
Behrooz is one of the largest brands in the food industry in Iran, which ordered the design of four containers for mayonnaise souse in weights of 250, 480, 900, 1800 grams. The main design challenges were:
1- Showing the soft and fatty feeling of mayonnaise in 3D form
2- Designing based on the jar lid and its opening diameter available in the market to be economical and to ease production.
3- Maintaining the uniform shape in all weights of 250, 480, 900 and 1800 grams according to the difference in weight, the different diameter of the container opening, the production method, and the different materials used for each weight.
